Your perspective allows us to better understand real lived experiences - how stress, trauma, and emotional load show up in everyday life, and what kinds of support can be most helpful over time.

The Wellness Puppy Program is being developed thoughtfully, with care for both people and puppies. Input from Veterans, First Responders, Frontline Professionals, families, and supporters helps us understand the need for this service and guides responsible, effective program development.

The survey is open to everyone and does not commit you to anything. At the end of the survey, you may choose to express interest in receiving a Wellness Puppy or learning more about future placements.
